Shipping
What does “In Stock,” “Shipping Later,” and “Made to Order” mean?
In Stock pieces are ready to ship and typically leave our studio within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Later/ Back order items are part of an upcoming drop or restock and will ship 4-6 weeks.
Made to Order pieces are crafted especially for you. Please allow additional production time before shipment. These pieces are created intentionally, not rushed.
What are the shipping fees and delivery timelines?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Standard Shipping: $20 (Free on orders over $200)
Express Shipping: $45 (Free on orders over $1,000)
Preorders: Items not yet in stock will ship once available.
Preorder fulfillment typically takes 30–50 days
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.
You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Will I be charged taxes?
ALL orders may be subject to taxes depending on your state’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Reniara currently ships within the United States. For specific inquiries, please contact us for select international destinations.
Is signature required upon delivery?
For higher-value orders, a signature may be required to ensure secure delivery.
