Made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has started.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in unworn, original condition.

Made-to-order, personalized, and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Jewelry should be the final touch before you leave home and the first thing you remove when you return.

We recommend removing your pieces before:

  • Applying lotions, perfumes, or hair products
  • Sleeping

Store each piece separately to prevent scratching or tangling.

Gold is durable but naturally soft. Over time, light surface wear is expected and part of its story.

If something is not right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Can I have my jewelry repaired or altered by another jeweler?

We do not recommend third-party alterations, as they may void your warranty. Please contact Reniara directly for repair inquiries.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment options available at checkout.

How do discount codes work?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
